Quadri 3.0 requieres Novapoint 21 or newer as client

In earlier versions, the size of the local storage system was limited by the fact that one of the files (the GDD-file) could not be larger than 8GB. There have been improvements in the local storage system so that this restriction does not exist anymore.

Proxy settings has been moved out of Quadri connection document and into Novapoint application options.

The UI for Share is extended with information about the size of what is being shared.

The size is an indicator of how much data is going to be transmitted and will allow users to detect situations that will result sharing of unintended amounts of data. The user interface also show whether data being in the process of sharing contains incorrect data in the form of non valid, e.g. mandatory attributes lack value.

This version is the first version that can be installed and used in parallel with the previous version (2.0 FP6a). Future main versions (Version 4 etc.) will be possible to install and use in parallel with this version.

Upgrade of Feature Catalogue has been modified so that initially only minimal changes to the database are made. This makes the Feature Catalogue upgrade much faster than in previous versions, which means that the time period with production stops (Shared model not available for clients) will be very short. The actual database change is now made when the first feature instance of one of the feature types that have changed appears. This means that the very first share that contains such feature instances might be perceived as somewhat slower.

This new function moves selected models to a Parking lot. Models in parking lot will not be visible neither inside QMM nor from Novapoint clients. No changes possible, thereby not included in the hot data backup, thereby backup can be carried out much faster and the need for disk space on the server side will be decrease.

Removes some known data integrity problems from selected shared models.

Specification of language for feature catalog content in QMM is removed. The browsers language will from now one control this.
